Returns & Refunds

If your tee isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange. We want you to love what you wear.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final-sale and members-only limited colorways are clearly marked and are not eligible for refund (exchanges only).

How to return

• Start your return from your account, or email returns@dumio.media with your order number.
• We'll email a prepaid label (free for US & EU; flat $8 elsewhere).
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges ship free once your original item is on its way back to us.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost — including return shipping.
